These terms govern your use of ebayeasy. By connecting your eBay account and using the service, you agree to them. ebayeasy is an invite-only tool for selling your own items on eBay.

What ebayeasy does

ebayeasy helps you identify items, price them from sold comps, draft listings, publish them to your eBay account, and manage the resulting offers, buyer messages, orders, and shipping. It acts on your eBay account only through the official eBay APIs and only with the authorization you grant.

Your account & authorization

You connect your own eBay account and authorize ebayeasy to act within the permissions you approve. You are responsible for your listings, prices, item descriptions, fulfillment, and for complying with eBay’s policies and all applicable laws. You agree to list only items you own and are entitled to sell, and not to use ebayeasy for unlawful, infringing, or eBay-prohibited items.

You approve the actions that matter

Actions that affect money or your reputation — publishing a listing, sending a message to a buyer, buying a shipping label, or leaving feedback — happen only after your explicit, per-action approval. ebayeasy will not take those actions on its own.

AI-assisted content

Item identifications, listing copy, and reply suggestions are AI-generated drafts to save you time. They can be wrong or incomplete — you review and approve before anything goes live, and you’re responsible for what you publish.

No warranty; limitation of liability

ebayeasy is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that an item will sell, sell at any particular price, or that eBay’s services will always be available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ebayeasy and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for lost sales or profits, arising from your use of the service. ebayeasy is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay Inc.

Ending your use

You can disconnect your eBay account or stop using ebayeasy at any time. We may suspend access for misuse or to comply with eBay’s requirements.
